Auguste is the Executive Vice President of STMicroelectronics, a world leader in semiconductor solutions well known as an Integrated Device Manufacturer.
In the past 35 years, Auguste has swiftly advanced in the company beginning as General Manager in France, progressively growing to Managing Director and guiding operations in Morocco, transitioning into Director of the Total Quality and Environment Group, and eventually into his current positions as Executive Vice President. Whilst Managing Director Auguste was responsible for the turnaround of the ST Moroccan plant, (Casablanca), between 1990 and 1997, an accomplishment that he counts as being amongst his greatest and possible due to Auguste's hard work, ability to empower people and generate motivation, listening skills and integrity.
Drawing on his profound industry and company knowledge, Auguste has the added responsibility as General Manager of the Packaging and Test Manufacturing. He hopes to keep his position, (as he reaches the age of 65 in 2014!), and ensures ST Back End manufacturing is a world leader.
Within the company Auguste oversees an assortment of operations including worldwide quality, environment, health, safety and corporate responsibility. Auguste is a licensed pilot and in his free time enjoys flying planes.
